MEET THE TEAM
Founder & CEO
Megan has a true passion for community. She believes that fitness is the perfect setting for individuals to come together and encourage one another toward greatness.
Beginning at an early age with soccer, dance and running, Megan has always had a love for sports and fitness. She graduated from CU-Boulder in 2011 with a degree in Business Management and has since spent her time in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including launching and managing franchises in the US and overseas. After a God-given, God-driven path that led her on several trips to east Africa, she stumbled upon her true “calling” for business with a mission. She ran “full steam ahead” and was certified by one of the best barre studios in Denver and launched Revive Fit Studio in January of 2016. Her heart for dance, fitness, unity, and giving back all merged into the “Revive Fit experience.”
Megan encourages, “We don’t have to wait until heaven to experience true life. Heaven on earth can happen right here, right now…through holistic wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Don’t wait. Come and see.”
Through faith, Christina has learned to see life as a giant adventure full of opportunity, contradiction and radiance. She is passionate about the connection between body, soul and spirit and loves exploring what it looks like to incorporate movement into worship. The Breathe, Stretch, Pray class is designed to allow for the opportunity to slow down, breathe and spend time in listening prayer. She hopes this class will unleash freedom and life through real, authentic community.
Christina graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2012 with a degree in Psychology where her passion for breath and movement began. She has been teaching restorative fitness classes for over seven years in 5 states, 7 different countries and 4 continents. She moved to Colorado at the end of 2016 and is now pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Denver Seminary.
Breathe. Stretch. Pray Instructor
Alisa is passionate about embracing God’s abundance, whether that be watching the sun rise as she sits at the breakfast table sipping her morning coffee surrounded by her three daughters with messy hair and character pajamas, or harvesting fruits and vegetables from her garden to make a hearty, satisfying meal, or simply breathing slowly and deeply as she moves in and out of different physical postures that refine the attitudes of her heart.
Alisa graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Elementary Education, but left the classroom to be a stay at home mom. She realized quickly that physical fitness not only helped her answer her calling as wife and mother, but it also made her feel alive and spirit-filled. She looks forward to experiencing abundance with others as we open ourselves, lean in, and seek God together in Breathe. Stretch. Pray.
